warm friendly staff and lovely bar area make up for minor room quirks

Great staff, clean, well-located hotel.

Great transportation to the concert @ night.We saw a great Garth Brooks concert. Clean and comfortable room.

It was a very windy and cold day to walk around. We tried to use the pool it wasn't very warm. We were attending a concert that evening so we decided to watch t.v. to pass the time. The picture on the television was on and off due to the wind ,and the fact that used a satellite network.

Friendly staff and excellent customer service.

Pizza was horrible at internal restaurant. Also, view out hotel room window was of four porta potties and a broken stop sign on ground.

Not what I expected

Checked in with high hopes but was greeted by a bottle cap on the floor and a frustrating pool closure without prior notice. Room cleanliness left much to be desired.

Good hotel friendly clean and accommodating but one side of hotel is facing major construction of s new building so the view in that side is none and construction starts as early as 7 fortunately I had to get up early feel bad for those who did not

Cost , they did not offer a college discount we were there for family weekend for my daughters college

The hotel's location was nice. It was a nice experience despite minor inconveniences.

The "pool" was 12' X12' maybe. The ice machine on our floor didn't work. Stayed two nights, when house keeping came they only took the dirty towels, no new towels.

Comfortable room, friendly & competent staff.

It was a little tricky to navigate to from the highway.

Family with children, A great stay but pricey

The beachfront view from our room was very nice and made all the difference. Plus, the staff was like family, especially Kwadwo, who went out of his way to.

It was sure not cheap, but still acceptable.

Just head of security very friendly. Helped with the parking as a problem because of all the snow. Bright lights in the dressing area. Liked the set up.

Room not that clean. Needed to be vacuumed. Sink faucet too close to back of sink so everything gets covered with water on the counter. Door opens to dressing area so if you are in there anyone walking by can see you in the mirror. Blackouts were hard to arrange as people across the way could see directly in. No free breakfast.

It has very friendly, professional stuff.

I really enjoyed my stay here with my family! The kids loved the indoor pool while I relaxed on the sun loungers. Just a heads up, we had to ask a couple of times for the bathroom to be cleaned, but it didn't ruin our fun overall. 😊

-first,-Loud, rude front desk help-announced my card was declined several times for others to hear! -free shuttle to DCI nice, but no return shuttle-stopped at 10:30!- Though I called earlier and staff told me it ended at 11p.m.-staff knew concert ended late-10:30!-impossible to get cab back to hotel-called both cab co.-no answer! -many walked the mile in cold late at night!!- -we were lucky a kind DCI security guard offered me and my 10 yr. old daughter lift back which we gratefully accepted- -Big Downer: dirty (black hairs, grits and stains!) sheets-had to move to new room late at night! -loud construction machines woke me @8:15 a.m.-disinterested verbal apology from Front Desk on check out but no deduction from bill !-never stay here Ever again!
